4. Existing Members - Re-Registration for 2024/25


All existing members are required to re-register for the 2024/25 season no later than 31 August 2024. Please note that many of our junior squads fill up quickly and squad sizes will be capped this season so please do purchase your membership and re-register ASAP.

How do I purchase annual membership?
When you are logged in to the Pitchero "Club App" click on the shopping trolley icon. The Annual Membership Subs will be assigned to all players who can then purchase the appropriate option & pay online. Parents will be able to purchase annual membership on behalf of their child if the account is set up correctly.

How do I update my/my child's details for the new season on the club database?

1. Go to Repton Hockey Club Homepage (or if you have already downloaded it your Pitchero club app).

2. Log In to your account using your email address and password (please click here if you have forgotten your password : Forgotten My Password)
Click "Your name" > Your account in top right hand corner and enter your account. If you are a member of more than one club then click Repton Hockey Club.

3. Go to your Account Details page and please ensure ALL fields are updated including the field confirming you have read our Welfare and Safeguarding information. You should also tick YES for the Re-Registration 24/25 field acknowledging all your details are correct.

4. Please make sure you have uploaded a recent photo by clicking on the photo icon above your name. This is necessary for coaches to get to know players and memberships will not be processed until player photos are uploaded.

5. If your child is moving into a higher age group team this season please click on "Manage Roles" on your account page and check your child is in the correct age group for the 2024/25 season (all players should be in the correct teams for the new season assuming their dates of birth are correct on pitchero)

6. All outstanding balances relating to the 2023/24 season must be cleared before your renewal can be processed. You will have received an invoice from Club Treasurer if you have any outstanding balance so please check inbox and junk folders.

7. Please note all junior players aged over 14 should be registered and have downloaded the club app with their own email address so they are responsible for all club correspondence. Players are expected to have noted their availability and accept selection for matches promptly on the club app. (Parents linked to the player’s account will be copied in on all correspondence.)
