U18 Transfers should still be requested via email (and not via GMS) with an email from the releasing club being sent to GMS Support stating that they do not owe any money or kit, and what club they are moving to - we will then initiate the transfer.

Over 18s should all request transfers online by logging in to GMS and initiating the transfer and NOT simply register with their new club.

U18 Players - Transfers & Players Turning 18

Players turning 18 (that were previously registered as dependants) should register their own accounts and then email GMS Support so we can merge their child profile into their adult account (and detach them from their parents - if the parent wants to then be removed from GMS please let us know). If they are going to move clubs (University for example) they should register with their CURRENT club so they can then request a transfer via the system.
